Methodology notes

Days on market is a 30-day rolling average — how long homes are taking to go under contract.
Months of inventory = active homes ÷ homes sold in the last 30 days. Under 5 = seller-leaning, over 6 = buyer-leaning, in between = balanced.
Weekly counts (new, under contract, closed) reflect the rolling seven days before each Tuesday livestream.
Gaps in the trend lines (E04, E08, E09, E15) are weeks where no housing segment aired.
