A few quick reminders for May 19
The deadline was April 20, 2026. If you weren't already registered, you can't vote on May 19. (You can still register now for the November general election โ go to vrsws.sos.ky.gov/ovrweb.)
The request portal closed May 5. If you already have a mail ballot, it must be received by the Clerk's Office by 6 PM on May 19 โ a postmark doesn't count. Use a secure drop box: either entrance of the Clerk's Office (150 N. Provident Way, Elizabethtown) or the Radcliff Branch Clerk's Office (101 W. Lincoln Trail Blvd). Sign the envelope where required and return it early. If you didn't request a mail ballot, vote in person.
Hardin County uses a vote-center system in 2026. Any registered voter can use any of 15 election-day locations from 6 AM to 6 PM on May 19.
No-excuse early voting opens Thursday May 14, Friday May 15, and Saturday May 16 โ 8 AM to 4:30 PM at the Clerk's office and Colvin Community Center.
